Our mission is to provide Philadelphia with a sustainable, all ages music festival featuring genre-spanning local and national performances while bringing global media exposure to Philadelphia. POPPED! Music Festival 2008
The POPPED! Festival is a 3-day event that will occur annually in Philadelphia. In its second year, POPPED! will use Drexel University, Trocadero, and World Cafe Live as its venues over three days, June 20, 21, 22nd 2008. POPPED! will host globally recognized artists as well as breakthrough local artists, creating lineups each night with unique performances in a boutique setting.In addition to extraordinary entertainment, POPPED! has a focus on sustainability. The Festival will have a focus on being "green" from working with sustainably minded businesses in the region to recycling plastic, glass, cans, and paper, while educating concert-goers on the importance of a sustianable lifestyle.

Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com, charge by phone at 215.336.2000, or at ANY Ticketmaster location. Tickets can also be purchased at the Trocadero box office located at 1003 Arch Street and at A.K.A. Music at 27 N. 2nd Street.

Parking
While we encourage you to not drive to the festival this weekend in keeping in mind our efforts to be environmentally conscious, if you must, the following parking garages are available for you to park in on Saturday in walking distance to the festival site. Please note addresses and fees for the lots that are available.
Parking spots are on a first come first serve basis.
UPENN PARKING LOT:
E. 34th St. between Ludlow & Chestnut Sts.
The daily flat rate for non-permit holders who park in Penn lots
averages approximately $12.00.
DREXEL PARKING LOT:
The Drexel Parking Garage is located on the southeast corner of 34th
and Market Streets, with the vehicle entrance in the rear at 34th and
Ludlow Streets. The Drexel Parking Garage has a clearance of 6 feet 9
inches.
OR park in a metered lot...
Metered lot A and E rates are $1.00/ hour, and accept US coin
denominations of the Golden and Susan B Anthony dollar, quarter, dime
and nickel coins only. (No pennies or foreign coins will register
time)
Children
Children of all ages are welcomed to attend the festival ONLY ON SATURDAY JUNE 21st and children under the age of 10 will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
Bicycles
We highly encourage biking to the festival in efforts to reduce our carbon footprint. A guarded "bike check" will be provided where you may store your bike while you attend the event.

Rules and Regulations
Re-Entry policy
There will be absolutely no re-entry into the festival.
Prohibited items
All attendees will be searched upon entering the festival grounds. The following items will not be allowed: Tents, flags, refunds or exchanges, lounge chairs, instruments, knives or other weapons, video cameras, audio recording devices, professional cameras, pets, food, beverages (other than one bottle of sealed bottled water), drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Non-prohibited items
Digital cameras (non-professional), disposable cameras, film cameras (non-professional), fanny packs, backpacks/satchels (medium-sized), hats, sun block, lighters, sunglasses, cigarettes, folding chairs.
Security and safety
A professional security team will be in place throughout the festival. Please respect and follow all rules and regulations. They were created with your safety in mind.
